Blizzard BIM25 Icemaker 25kg

The Blizzard BIM25 icemaker is a self-contained ice machine, which means that the ice maker and the storage bin are one single unit and not separate. It produces approximately 25kg of small ice, per 24 hours and has a storage bin capacity of approximately 15kg. If you’re looking to add freshly made ice to your café, small bar, or other venue that serves drinks, then the new BIM25 from Blizzard offers easy access to bullet-shaped ice at a moment’s notice thanks to its fully automatic operation. Its insulated storage bin can hold up to 15kg of ice, ready to use at a moment’s notice and thanks to its included ice scoop, couldn’t be easier to use.

It is easy to keep the unit clean with its removable filter, accessible via the front of the machine, as well as an easy-clean ABS interior to aid in the prevention of bacteria growth.

All parts are exposed for easy cleaning, using a food-safe sanitiser. There is a simple one-button clean cycle option, for deep cleaning, after all ice is a food product, therefore cleanliness and hygiene is paramount.

It is important in hard or medium water areas an in-line water filter is fitted. Lime-scale can seriously damage your ice maker, as well as significantly reduce the quality and composition of the ice cube. The presence of lime-scale can also create a breeding ground for bacteria.

Please note: this model drains via gravity – no drain pump supplied. An optional external drain pump is required if installing this unit lower than the drain standpipe.
