Blizzard BCF20-HC Blast Chiller/Freezer

The Blizzard BCF20-HC blast chiller has a high-grade 304 stainless steel interior & exterior, offering quality & strength. Ideal for use in any professional kitchen, this heavy-duty blast chillers has a 15kg freeze cycle and a 20kg chill cycle. With castors fitted as standard and a self-closing door, this great appliance from Blizzard holds 5 x GN1/1 containers. For optimal results, it’s recommended to use 25mm deep gastronorm containers (not supplied).
